If the supplier cannot give a number, nothing is charged; the amount goes straight back to your balance.
Cancel before the first SMS
If a new number has received no SMS, you can cancel it within 20 minutes of renting and the full price returns to your balance.
After an SMS arrives
Once a number has received a message, or the cancel time has passed, the rental is not refunded, even if time is left.
Your balance
Your balance does not expire. To withdraw unused balance, contact Support.
Wrong network
Tokens other than USDT (TRC-20), or funds sent on another network, cannot be recovered.
