Consent
Send only to people who gave you their number and agreed to receive your messages. Bought, rented or scraped lists are not allowed.
Opt-out
Marketing messages must include a way to stop, such as Reply STOP, and you must honour every request before your next send.
Identity
Make clear who is sending. Do not pretend to be a bank, carrier, government body, delivery company or any brand you do not represent.
Content
No phishing, malware, links that hide their destination, or content that is illegal in the recipient's country. Rules for gambling, adult, financial and political messages differ by country; follow them.
Volume
Do not use the service to flood numbers, test number ranges or avoid a carrier's limits.
Enforcement
We may stop a send, suspend an account and hold its balance while we look into a report. Serious or repeated misuse ends the account.
